This is a 16 week Group Training Program, includes detailed day by day workouts, clinics, weekly bike/brick class and group workouts.
We analyze our members' swim stroke with an underwater video taping. The pool also has mirror on the bottom to give you immediate feedback to work on your underwater stroke and hip rotation.
