Sprint Triathlon Coaching Program
This program is for the beginner athlete wanting to get into the growing sport of triathlon. It is geared to athletes who have minimal-moderate experience in running, swimming and biking. This program will take you from the couch to finishing your first triathlon. It includes detailed day by day workouts.Clinics
Group Clinics, that include NUTRITION, TRIATHLON TRANSITION AND BIKE MAINTENANCE/FLAT REPAIR. Also included in this program is an In-Training t-shirt and Day Training Bag.
OLYMPIC TRAINING PROGRAM
