Indoor Cycling Classes
Suitable for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
It will help your cycling technique and confidence. You will feel stronger on hills, more efficient on flats. Our indoor cycling classes teach you how to train smart instead of just training without direction. You will be using heartrate zones and doing intervals with different intensity.
All of our indoor cycling classes are geared to monitor the measure of cadence, time, distance and heart rate.

This number expressed in a percentage is specific to each individual and can be used to determine one’s fitness level as well as their ability to perform in specific sports.
