Fitness Level: Suitable for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
It will help your cycling technique and confidence. You will feel stronger on hills, more efficient on flats. Our indoor cycling classes teach you how to train smart instead of just training without direction. You will be using heartrate zones and doing intervals with different intensity.
We offer indoor cycling class every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM. As well we have a 5:15 AM on Tuesday.
