She can help you better understand your individual nutritional needs, learn about healthy food options, and move you toward your health and wellness goals. Whether you’re a first-time sports participant or a seasoned triathlete, Tri On The Run Fitness Center can help you feel better and improve your training and racing results.

If you engage in cycling, swimming, running, triathlon or any other high-energy sport, our registered dietician can provide you with the nutritional information you need in order to achieve your highest athletic potential.
