Fitness Level: Suitable for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
It will help your cycling technique and confidence. You will feel stronger on hills, more efficient on flats. Our spin classes teach you how to train smart instead of just training without direction. You will be using heartrate zones and doing intervals with different intensity.
All of our bikes are equipped with monitors that allow you to measure cadence, time, distance and heart rate.
