VO2 Max Testing
VO2 Max is the maximum capacity to transport and utilize oxygen during incremental exercise. This number expressed in a percentage is specific to each individual and can be used to determine one’s fitness level as well as their ability to perform in specific sports. Determining your Anaerobic Threshold is the first step to setting up accurate Heart Rate Training Zones for triathlon or run training.

RESTING METABOLIC RATE (RMR)

TEST – $80
Test estimates of how many calories you would burn if you were to do nothing but rest for 24 hours.

RMR represent the minimum amount of energy required to keep your body functioning.
